Being oriented under the “reform of China railway system”, our Company adopts modern industrial system to operate, applies the development of “civil satellite applied technology” and “information communication system network technology” to the railway station and train, transfer the scientific and research achievements among the leading level of the world to realistic productivity and make it perfect and innovative; install and implement“the television, telephone and computer Three in One digital information system” associated with “automatic sales system” and “automatic storage system”, to improve railway passenger transportation service.
2.        To provide social employment positions, and to make contributions for the construction of harmonious society.
The investment of“the television, telephone and computer Three in One digital information system” shall be 28.9 billion RMB, and station automatic sales system 8 billion RMB. The two systems shall be put into effect at the same time, with a total investment of 36.9 billion RMB. The investment, installation, application and earning of the project shall create hundreds of new jobs. There are about 5,000 railway stations, 2,000 passenger trains, with a total of 7,000 units throughout the country. It will cover over the world, and this website will hold all the information about freight services, passenger transport services, official business, residence, commercial affairs, politics, education, arts and sports, newspaper offices, publishing houses etc. for China railway. The successful operation of this website will actualize online transaction and following-up of freight and passenger transport services for China Railways.
4．Digital Information System for Station and Train of China Railway
This System will be constructed based on wireless broadband network technology.
5．ChinaRailway Movie and TV Producing Center and the Movie and TV Production
China Railway Movie and TV Producing Center will be constructed in the same place as Red Army Long March Memorizing Park, which is divided into main park and branch park.
 
The branch park is located in Liangtian Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou. Land of 16,000 Chinese mu has been approved, and each mu will not cost more than RMB 50,000 Yuan (the difference will be covered by relevant governmental departments once it appears). This project will be operated by both Organizing Committee of Red Army Long March Park and China Railway Television Media Co., Ltd, for which the official permits, grants and other documents will be provided by Organizing Committee of Red Army Long March Park as cooperative terms and the construction capital by China Railway Television Media Co., Ltd. Red Army Long March Park will contain 3,000 Chinese mu of the land; Chinese Railway Movie and Television Producing Center 2,000 Chinese mu, and the rest 11,000 Chinese mu will be constructed as a high-level Senior People Community with perfect medical care, health protection, recreation, business affair, and aged people residence for the retirees from military departments, sections of China Railways and other senior organizations in Chinese mainland and Hong Kong and Macao senior people who have qualifications to live in Guangzhou in accordance with the relevant official documents for arranging the senior people from Hong Kong and Macao to reside in Guangzhou. China Railway Movie and TV Producing Center, the Red Army Long March Memorizing Park and Senior People Community—Three In One project will be presented as a “Satellite Town”, an amusement park and a base for education in patriotism. And we will produce movie and TV products in this satellite town.
 
For the Senior People Community, we first plan to make experiment of Mingdu City, which lies in Hecun Village, Dashi Town, Fanyu County, Guangzhou City (1 kilometer from Guangzhou New Railway Station—the largest station in Asia which is being constructed), there exist subway station, light rail station and entrance to highway around, and a safari park nearby. The total land of this project contains 460 Chinese mu, of which we have obtain all the official documents for 260 Chinese mu, and we will have the official documents for the rest as soon as possible. The project party holds the ownership by providing 260 Chinese mu with only half of the market price (RMB 2.5 million Yuan per mu); all the rest capital will be added by China Railway Television Media Co., Ltd; the agreement for co-development has been concluded between us and the other party.
 
The main park is to be located in Tangdong village, Longwantun town, Shunyi district, Beijing, with an area of over 6,000 mu. It is contiguous with Miyun district in the north and adjoins Pingu district in the east, 60 miles away from the urban area of Beijing and 10 miles away from the light rail terminal, which are planed as a part for the competition area in construction for canoeing in the coming Olympic Games. The nature of the land has been planed as tourism developing project area. It has already been submitted to National Planning Commission for examination and approval by Beijing Planning Commission after its approval.

There are 2,700 passenger trains with one dining carriage each, and there are 5752 railway stations with one restaurant at least in each station, so there are 8,425 in total. In order to reconstruct the current management and quality, we will invest in construction of Food and Drink Group for passengers’ eating and drinking services in stations and trains, which need investment about 845.2 million US dollars in total if it is estimated that each need 100 thousand US dollar in average.
23．Holding Share in or Buying out Railway Telecom Operators
In this way, we will be able to make better use of the railway resources to actualize China railway digital informational system and make good preparations for building digital railway.
