工  作  计  划


 
一、   工作目的Purpose
履行工程总承包团队职责，美国东海岸高速铁路股份有限公司及其主要投资商美国FIC公司工作，完成美东高铁项目听证，展示中国铁路改革开放成果及建设实力。
The purpose is to fulfil duties of theGeneral Contractor Team, coordinating efforts with the U.S. East Coast High-Speed Rail Co., Ltd. and its major investor in the U.S., FIC, to accomplish the U.S. East Coast High-Speed Rail Project Hearings, and demonstrate China railway’s opening reform and its construction capacity.
 
二、   工作任务Task
1、    中方总承包团队出席美东高铁途经各州的项目听证会；
TheChinese General Contractor Team should attend the U.S. East Coast High-Speed Rail Project Hearings held along the route passing states.
2、    中方总承包团队举办在华盛顿的中国高铁展览；
TheChinese General Contractor Team should organize the China High-Speed Rail Exhibition held in WashingtonD.C.;
3、    中方总承包团队举办在休斯顿的中国高铁展览；
The Chinese General Contractor Team should organize the ChinaHigh-Speed Rail Exhibition held in Houston;
4、    中方总承包团队各成员单位各自准备、实施各自分工的美东高铁项目工作；
Each member unit of the Chinese General Contractor Team should prepare and implement project work of their divisions for the U.S. East high-speed rail project;
5、    出席听证会暨展览会的部分人员会后参加美国东海岸高速铁路股份有限公司工作。
After attending the hearings and exhibitions, some personnel will participate in the work of the U.S. East Coast High-Speed ​​Rail Co., Ltd.
 
三、   赴美时间及在美工作期限
Participation Time and Work Duration in the U.S.
1、    赴美时间，2014年7月(具体时间另行通知）；
Participate Time: july 2014 (specific date is pending)
2、    在美工作期限，1个月（会后留下继续工作者除外）。
Work Duration: 1 Month (except for those staying behind to carry on working after the event)
 
四、   赴美工作前的准备Preparation Work
1、    各成员单位各自提供两套能表现其实力的展览模型、视频、图片、文字、数据，运抵华盛顿、休斯顿展览现场布展（于2014年7月展览开幕前2天布展完毕，具体开幕时间另行通知）；
Each member unit should provide two demonstration sets for exhibition to highlight their capacities and strengths, including models, videos, pictures, text and data, and prepare for their setup at the WashingtonD.C. and Houston exhibition site (the setup preparation shall be completed 2 days before the exhibition opening. Specific opening time is pending);

提供两套代表其最高水平的、可以用作美国东海岸高速铁路的铁路机车车辆展览模型、视频、图片、文字、数据布展。
Provides2 demonstration sets with the highest level of its planning and design for exhibiting railway rolling stock of the U.S. East Coast High-Speed Rail, including model, video, pictures, text and data;
 
2、各成员单位各自配备展览相应英文解说人员；
Each member unit should arrange a corresponding staff for English interpretation in the exhibitions.
3、各成员单位各自配备项目听证会相应英文解说人员；
Each member unit should arrange a corresponding staff for English interpretationin the hearings.
4、办理赴美签证手续及工作人员通报
Handling U.S. Visa Formalities and Staff Information Circulation
由中方总承包团队各成员单位各自确定参加美东高铁项目听证会暨中国高铁技术展览的人员后，于2014年5月28日前将有关人员身份证件、职务、赴美工作分工等资料提交我司（中铁多经投资集团有限公司），再由我司汇总、通报给美国东海岸高速铁路股份有限公司、美国FIC公司、美方其他有关单位；随后由中方总承包团队各成员单位各自集中办理赴美签证手续；
After confirming all participants from each member unit of the ChineseGeneral Contractor Team for attending the U.S. East Coast High-Speed Rail Project Hearings and Exhibitions,identification documents, working positions, labour divisions and other information of the relevant personnel should be submitted to China Railway Investments Group Limited (CRIG) before may 28, 2014. CRIG will then communicate and coordinate efforts with the U.S. East Coast High-Speed ​​Rail Co., Ltd., FIC, and the other relevant organizations in the U.S. so that each member unit of the team can proceed to process visa formalities on their own;
5、赴美参会前，中方总承包团队各成员单位代表将在北京（或香港）集中开会一次，开会时间另行通知。
  Representatives from each member unit of the Chinese General Contractor Team will be gathering together for a meeting in Beijing (or HK) before heading to the U.S. and the meeting time will be further notice.
